Pros

- benefits are good and staff is nice here - the course is good although no one really earns a living as a health coach - the community is also very good

Cons

- lack of leadership and a founder who doesn't know how to run a business - i've been here less than 1 year and almost every top executive who knew what they were doing is gone with no communication from the top down on why, they just disappeared - at least 12 people and counting in the last month have been let go - overall communication from founder is non existent - we have no person running the place day to day - the founder is missing in action, never shows up but apparently barrages staff with emails sending them spinning in circles with his wacky projects - i overlooked the lawsuit when i joined and had so much hope when i started. so disappointed with the layoffs and overall bad internal communication - finally, please stop with the fake 5 star ratings, staff here really knows where that is coming from

Pros

The leadership is very empathic, and the women who ran with place did so with love and power. Everyone wanted to succeed for them because of how wonderful their leadership was.

Cons

Bought by evil venture capitalist firm who gutted the place and turned it from a school to an e-commerce course. Clearly they are in someway tied up with big pharma because they really have killed the message and movement behind.
