Pros

They do have their perks! The half days and lots of pot lucks. Overtime when it is busy season.

Cons

This list may be long so if you don’t have time skip this review. This place is all over the place! It definitively not what you know but who you know or let me be more clear it who butt to kiss! Never seen a company give out promotions to people who literally don’t know what the heck they doing or knowledgeable of the work. One supervisor I’m still trying to figure what she did all day be sides micro manage on the dumbest things when more important things could be be focused on. The manager of the dept swears by numbers but has no clue of different work type really takes to complete. Our reviews and the points addressed had nothing to do with production. They don’t look at the little things that matter. Talk about when you grab all the work nobody else grabbed that took longer than other processes. They recognized who they want. The favoritism is ridiculous. It use to be a good environment but so many employees not happy there. The switch to new manager really brought the vibe down. Good luck! Not to much room for growth.

We are disappointed to hear that your experience at IAS was not positive. Since you did not list a department we are unable to address in specifics, however we want to say, IAS does recognize employees who handle themselves in a professional manner, who come to work every day and do their jobs efficiently. The decisions made to promote our employees are based on certain core attributes displayed during their work at IAS, along with the experience and knowledge they bring. Our employees are treated fairly and neither favoritism nor entitlement are tolerated. We do wish you the best on your future endeavors.

Pros

On the job training, overtime, many benefits, lots of vacation and sick time. If you like to learn and show initiative you will get opportunities to advance.

Cons

Overtime is usually September to early January. I would work more if allowed.
