Pros
Worked with really great people who are passionate about what they do. I found the pay reasonable and there were lots of development opportunities, being such a large business to move around. Half price insurance discounts.
Cons
Constant restructures were awful and we lost a lot of talented people and skill from the business over time. The wrong people we rewarded and not held accountable for work, seemed to get away with it if they showed their face in the office. A lot of systems and change can be slow.
