What I love about Insurdinary is how ambitious the owners are. They are investing in all of the right places. They see growth and every day, they are 100% focused on it. They are open to suggestions, and are always asking for our opinions. What I respect even more is how involved they are at all levels, yet, with zero micromanaging. This is a fantastic place to work!! Not to mention, the office is absolutely, gorgeously modern.

Nothing - Do not waste your time!

The company provides other companies insurance and group benefit but employees do not have any insurance in the probation period. In addition, after 6 month if they want insurance they have to pay 50% of the plan which makes no sense !!! Managers are rude, the work space is so noisy. Software engineers should work in small office very close to all call centre employees.
