Outdated tech and weak leadership - Anonymous employee InsureMyTrip Employee Review

Thank you for your feedback. Technology is evolving so rapidly that it is sometimes a challenge to keep up. That being said, we have made a significant investment this year in acquiring new tools and technology to provide a better experience for our customers and our employees. We will be making a significant investment in additional tools in 2024. As for employee development, it is a focus for us, and I'm happy to report that 40% of our existing employees received a promotion at some point in their tenure at IMT. We invest in classes, seminars and certifications as another way to foster career development. Our leadership team is dedicated to fostering an environment in which our employees excel and our customers are treated professionally and courteously.
