Executives enforce arbitrary dates for project completion while they have no idea about what it takes staff to make that date happen. Extremely poor process, mostly manual, and little to no documention on how to get things done/do your job. IF you happen to find someone with knowledge they will share it with you, but you could then come across someone who contradicts it.
C-levels make decisions based on how much money they will make based on project completion and pushing employees to the end of their ropes. That money does not trickle down, but stays with the old, white men in charge. Women, especially women of color, have no voice in strategic decisions. They are blatantly dismissed, especially when contrary to what the execs already know what they want to do.
