Great company but missing a couple of critical things - Technical Support Specialist Integrated Axis Group Employee Review

It is great that the company invests time and money into helping team members grow, learn, and become a better person in their work life and personal life. I also like that we get to develop rapport and relationships with our clients as well and that makes us better suited to help resolve their issues.

First, is the sitting all day unless we go out in the field can be tough, so you have to remember to get up and walk around some on breaks. Second, is that remote work makes you feel like you're on an island at times.

The best part of working for Integrated Axis Group is the comradery. Being a veteran and trying to find that in the civilian world is really hard. When I came into IAG I was welcomed in like everyone had known me for years. Everyone one here is so knowledgeable and I know if I can not figure something out, the solution is just a phone call to a coworker away.

I would say the only real downside to working here is sitting down for so long. Working in IT is not a physical job so I expected that and can't really complain, but if I had to say there is any cons, it would just be that.
