Pros

Market leader when it comes to oligo manufacturing because of turn around time, but there a lot cheaper options out there who now provide equivalent data. Was once a great company, now a micro managed mess.

Cons

Company has no Idea the direction its heading, re-org and lay offs lose the best people. senior leadership running the company into the ground and has no Molecular bio sales or market experience, rather they got there from the "DBS" system. Penny pinching at its finest for the ones who bring in the revenue
