Cons
Little, if any, room for growth and development. They will hire externally for a Sr. associate or leader before looking at internal talent. Unethical decision making to tailor turnover numbers attrition to look better on bowlers. Pulling back on DEI initiatives but still ask in engagement surveys if the business "does a good job of attracting, retaining, and developing diverse talent." Expect you to do the work of a senior-level associate without paying and recognizing you as one. Had 4 managers in less than 2 years. Had more than 5 restructures and new client groups in less than 2 years. Worst direct manager experience I've had in my career.
