Terrible company! - Anonymous employee Integrated Medical Partners Employee Review

CEO knows nothing about what we do and only visited our office once since I have been here. He spends money on executive trips (vacations) and not on helping our clients. He does not care about anyone other than himself. COO knows very little about our main business and locks himself in an office when he is here expecting everyone else to take care of his responsibilities. COO treats us like we are all easily replaceable and does not care at all about our clients. Most our work is being moved to India and they have had no training so we are blamed for everything going wrong yet they keep moving work to them to save money without considering our clients. Most of my co workers have either quit or are looking to quit. We can't get the work done we need to get done in a day and they will not give us any overtime so things just don't get done.
