Very Accomodating Scheduling and HR was very understanding

Little opportunity for overtime or weekend work

If you are in absolute DIER need of a job, Integrico will surely hire you without question along with every other individual walking the streets.

The list is truly too long to capture, but to hack the most concerning factors: 1) safety [(there is zero concern for it [nor is there even safety personnel)], 2) pay is mediocre, no hope for a raise regardless of your work ethic, and no bonuses, 3) the greatest con being that there is absolutely ZERO integrity int his company. I sat back and watched as multiple members of “leadership” lied to each other almost on a daily basis about the simplest things, all for the purpose of saving face for the moment… the CEO even mentioned in a meeting that “if you are running a business and that business is making a profit, then you’re running the business wrong…” like, WHAT?! I never even imagined I would hear something so ludicrous as that… it was just a truly discouraging and disheartening experience as someone who was only trying to get a leg up in life at the time to see that there was and I don’t believe ever will be any hope for this company, but I will continue to pray that God blesses this company with a break through.
