      Pros

      Growing company that offers lots of work for those who want to work hard. Pay is very good compared to other companies. Houses may be big but only clean 2 houses a day. Owners are very accommodating.

      Cons

      Need more staff to cover all the work. Training can be long.

      NO pros with these people unless you are a man

      Cons

      Women are expected to do all of the grunt work and clean toilets while the men clean floors, empty trash and not brake a sweat
