      Pros

      A few good people work at IES; they are the HR company for the school I work for. IES manages payroll, contracts, employment, etc.

      Cons

      The main HR person is a nightmare to work with. However, several of the HR people "below" her are very very nice and helpful. They sent out our contracts right before 4th of July weekend; they were due July 7th! Don't they realize people are on vacation?

      Nice staff overall, pay was fair and allowed autonomy.

      Cons

      Hectic and lacked organization. Sometimes it was a disconnect between administration and staff.
