      You are not a number here. We are a family together. Management truly cares about their people. The limits are nothing more than how hard you work and are truly rewarded for your efforts.

      Not for people who just want to cash a paycheck.

      Pros

      Touch technology that not a lot of companies have, and have more hands-on experience.

      Cons

      It’s a family-owned company, so no matter how hard you work or how strong your ideas are, there’s little room to move up unless you’re related to the CEO. (Venture) The Argument: Hiring and promoting based on "who you know" rather than "what you know" creates operational weak points.
