      good base pay, benefits are insanely good.

      work hours are firm, little to no flexibility. frat house culture - not a lot of respect for women in the office.

      Pros

      The lights were on, horrible energy though.

      Cons

      The past year saw some typical changes for a growing company such as becoming a lot more corporate, all the way down to 'hire anyone with a pulse and layoff others' approach and ridiculous penalties for not hitting a certain number... that is just sometimes not obtainable.
