10yWe really appreciate your feedback. Most valuable is your comment about talented staff, which we couldn't agree more with. Since recruiting is a sales job we understand those pressures are not a good fit for everyone. Metrics are the best way to measure your successes and areas of improvement. The hardest part of this job is getting used to being on the phone and we make a lot of calls here. We do require a lot of calls to be successful and we thank you for pointing that out. We also give out gift cards and perks all the time. Who doesn't like a free lunch?
