Pros

Brie is the only person left in this company that is genuine and worth a shoot IF YOU HABE ANY RECRUITMENT EXPERIENCE YOU WILL MAKE MORE MONEY ELSEWHERE ASK ANYONE OF THE FORMER RECRUITERS

Cons

Downright the most hostile toxic and horrible place I (& any other IPS employee) has ever worked. Metrics only matter if you’re one of the favorites… and don’t embrace being a golden boy because it may last for a year or two then you’ll experience your fall from grace when leadership throws you under the bus to be crushed like all the rest. Management pretends to care about you but you will always be a # and even if you produce if you’re not on their golden boy list you’ll never be safe here. Kissing bum means much more than actual “integrity”. You’ll see in former reviews that Casey is the only one who will stick his neck out but those days are long gone. CEO is greedy. Everyone who works here is absolutely MISERABLE. Do not be fooled please safe you’re the pain

Pros

Integrity Power Search is a fantastic company for anyone who is ambitious, and motivated. The leadership team is hands on, supportive, and always willing to help you succeed. Compensation is really strong...the commission structure rewards performance in a way that truly makes your hard work pay off. The new comp plan is great. The culture is fast paced and competitive, but in a way that pushes you to be your best. You’re surrounded by other high performers, which creates an environment where you’re constantly trying to do your best work.

Cons

The pace can be very fast and the expectations are high, which may feel intense at times.

Pros

- A chance to make a lot of money at a young age - Work alongside other fun self-starters in a competitive environment - You'll learn a lot about sales and business by working here amongst seasoned professionally - If you aren't organized you will be after working here - You can make a lot of money - 100% remote work, you can work from anywhere that has Wi-Fi

Cons

- Unless you want to put a minimum of 10-11 hours a day into this job you probably won't make a lot. Most successful employees here are making around $100 - 120K a year but you can make that working internally somewhere else while only putting in 40hrs a week. - Culture is all about how much you can work and how often you can tell management you love working here. - Promotions are hard to reach. - Sometimes the roles you'll be put on are nearly impossible to fill, so you'll be wasting a lot of time searching. Management provides little strategy for getting around this. *Note to reader: IPS is a sales job. Some people make a lot of money and love it while others crash and burnout. If you like being in a job that can be sometimes stressful and time consuming but has really high upsides (lots of commission) then this is for you. If not, look at another path and as long as you can be strategic when switching jobs and open to learning you can make $100K+ in a few years while doing something you like and having a work life balance.*
