Pros
Integrity360 is a genuinely good place to work, especially if you enjoy being part of a business that’s growing and evolving. The standout for me is the people. There’s a strong mix of technical expertise and down-to-earth individuals, which makes collaboration easy and enjoyable. The technical capability across the business is impressive. You feel confident engaging with customers knowing there’s real depth behind the scenes, and a focus on delivering quality rather than just going through the motions. It’s also a less corporate environment than many competitors, which gives you more freedom to get things done without layers of unnecessary process. That said, it’s still structured enough to support you - it doesn’t feel like the wild west. Like any growing organisation, there are moments where things move quickly and processes are still catching up, but it’s clear the leadership team is aware of this and actively working to improve it. There’s good visibility from leadership, and a genuine sense that they want to build something long-term. Overall, it’s a great place to be if you want to be surrounded by good people, do meaningful work, and be part of a business with real momentum. Summary: Great people and strong team culture High level of technical expertise Good balance of structure and flexibility Clear growth and opportunity
Cons
Pace of growth can create occasional pressure on processes Internal communication can vary depending on the team
