Bad organisation and management, complete lack of empathy and emotional intelligence from leadership. Extremely unhealthy work to life balance expectations from the company. Employees are treated like numbers and exploited and not valued, no performance reviews so growing career is not clear for employees, no support when going through loss of a loved one or having a baby. Expected to work during lunch and on weekends without appreciation for doing so. Absolutely zero communication from upper management downwards. Lack of empathy for mental health and disabilities. Hiring is based on nepotism and not skillsets, when they have good talented people they burn them out and undervalue them until they leave. Lack of respect for boundaries of employees. Little to no understanding of the jobs they are offering, the leadership of teams are not qualified and put minimal effort in team relationship building.
