- Work from home - Flexible schedules to choose from

Cons

- 16$ is unreasonable as you only deal with customer issues. Calls are back-to-back & they expect you to have an average of 4mins per call which is unrealistic since you have to deal with upset customers - BC & AB have terrible drivers, for this reason most of the calls are from those region (main issues are false delivery attempts by drivers) - There are no plans to improve our services to customers. Supervisors will tell you to send in complaint forms against drivers & apologize to customers. We are unable to contact warehouses & drivers which makes us job difficult to reassure customers.
