Micromanagement and no respect for employees - Anonymous employee Intelcom | Dragonfly Employee Review

Intelcom is sincerely the worst company I've known in my career, When it comes to respect for their employees, transparency and honesty, they are completely out of touch and do not reflect good values. They don't care about their employees and their vision of things is based on micromanagement. Their thinking and actions drive employees to the brink, making them sick and wanting to leave... which is perfectly normal because no one wants to stay in a completely toxic work environment.
