Scheduling expectations are inconsistent and often differ from what is communicated during recruitment. Limited control over availability, with employees sometimes scheduled on unavailable days. Pay is low for the workload and level of responsibility. Documentation time is not adequately built into shifts, making it difficult to complete tasks without falling behind.
