Pros
Your spouse will be forced to go for a job as your job will be at stake always. You will be having two health policies as you wont have insurance till at least 4/6 months after joining and you may get it after several follow ups. You will learn how to live with cats and dogs in same room. You will be always in touch with subject since you will always like to come out of this company because of their attitude.
Cons
Its a sinking ship, may declare insolvency any time. They are only showing off as of now. No proper payments and final settlements. Be prepared to work for free/ donate some amount from your salary if planning to join. Banks will enjoy in your name, if you are taking personal loan after joining this company. Interest rates are more for this company, as this is not a listed company by banks. Better to join a reputed company with less package so that you can compensate the interest rate. Seen scenarios where candidates were recruited and were on bench for few weeks and all of sudden terminated with comments "You are not up to the mark, Thank you for your services". Later understood that these candidates were recruited in the anticipation of a project but which went in a wrong direction.
