Cons
This is by far the worst company to ever exist. It's run like a feudal state, where the CEO uses the company as a cash cow for his family. Hiring and exclusively benefiting his kids. They treat employees terribly, below market salaries and to top it off they have an incompetent office manager who can barely manage to do her job. Employee have to buy their own soap and even paper towel. Coffee is never is stock, and this woman refuses to do her job. Payroll (which she manages) is always incorrect or late. She's worked here for five years and still can't do the job. The CEO has unrealistic expectations of what his tiny useless company can accomplish and do. They give their employees defunct equipment that barely functions and expect them to deliver the world to these clients they've conned.
