Cons
I intended to share this review over a year ago but decided to do it now, as it seems the company continues to mislead capable sales professionals. Fortunately, I identified their issues within the first few weeks of joining. When another company I had applied to before accepting their offer finalized their decision, I left during my probation period. Here are some observations and facts they will likely not disclose before you join: 1. Staff Augmentation Company: Despite marketing themselves as a solutions provider, they are primarily a staff augmentation company with little to no experience in selling comprehensive solutions. They struggle with even basic staff augmentation due to challenges in their primary sourcing location. Their ability to deliver complex solutions is extremely limited, compounded by a lack of meaningful partnerships with major technology OEMs. Furthermore, they can only provide generic developers, not specialized resources. If you’re considering them as a Managed Service Provider (MSP), be warned—they are not one. 2. Exaggerated Company Size: Most of their workforce consists of contingent labour. The actual number of full-time employees is in the low hundreds, contrary to their claims of having thousands of staff. 3. Limited Customer Base: They have no more than 20–30 customers, including the ones listed as references on their website. Financially, they are not as robust as they portray, with short-term, low-margin projects that leave little room for meaningful investment. 4. False Presence in Locations: Several locations they claim to have offices in are simply remote resources scattered across those regions. They lack real depth and talent in those areas. 5. Fake Case Studies: Many case studies displayed on their website are fabricated or copied from competitors and other sources. During my first week, I brought in a prospect based on one of their case studies. When the client asked detailed questions, the company couldn’t respond because the case study wasn’t based on an actual project, leading to an embarrassing situation. 6. Poor Leadership and Politics: The company suffers from significant internal politics and ineffective management. Leadership is out of touch with global market dynamics and lacks vision or a proper understanding of the IT services industry and competition. They are primarily engineers who capitalized on the demand for remote workers during COVID-19 but have failed to evolve their outdated strategies. 7. Sales Undermined: Sales professionals have little influence, as other departments often assume they understand sales better and overstep their roles. 8. Ineffective Technical Management: The technical leadership functions more as timesheet managers yet tries to oversee customer relationships, which often leads to subpar client experiences. In summary, this company lacks the structure, strategy, and resources to deliver on the promises they make. Proceed with caution if considering a role here.
