What a great place to have worked!!! We were acquired, so are no longer our own company. But I will always have great memories of my time here: the great team environment, leadership that truly cared, an amazing sales team, and the BEST mattress on the market. Looking forward to the next chapter with our new owners, but will never forget Team Intellibed!

We had our flaws, but nothing worth mentioning.

Intellibed makes truely the best product on the market. It's an easy product to get behind and in turn to sell. They have an excellent, straightforward commission structure. As a salesperson you are rewarded well for your hardwork, plus you get a lot of positive feedback and reinforcement from the higher-ups. Customer feedback on the products is excellent as well. The company has been growing rapidly in the last year and the employees get to reap the benefits of that. The company has a strong history of promoting within, employees are loyal to the company and they have a very low turnover rate. Employees are treated well and with respect by management, you are not just another cog in the machine at Intellibed.

Brand recognition is still growing and the company has not capitalized on their positive customer feedback in the form of online reviews.
