Pros
Tried my best to think and write, but they didn't gave a single chance to find even 1.
Cons
This company only seems to care about money—there’s barely any focus on employee well-being or work culture. Many people have been working here for 10–15 years or even 20 years, and while that shows stability, most of them are stuck in old ways of working and are not open to new ideas or modern corporate practices. They have all the rights to shout on you on the floor. They often compare themselves to companies like TCS, but when it comes to actually following good policies, the answer is usually, “this is how it’s always been.” The management isn’t doing anything to improve things either. The office itself feels more like a factory—you’re expected to sit minimum for 6–7 hours with just a 30-minute break. If you step out for 10 minutes, you’re either expected to stay back late and complete your hours or risk being marked absent. They say they work on the latest technologies, but once you join the team, you’ll realize most of the work still happens on old systems and there’s no real effort to upgrade. Your growth will be 0. You also need to be available at all times. They think it’s okay to call you anytime during the day or even late, and you’re expected to be ready. The CEO runs everything based on his mood. He can ask anything, and you’ll have to sit through long lectures if you answer him wrong or even face rude comments.
