Pros
Reasonable pay, fairly good projects, friendly people
Cons
The studio lacks real communication between departments. If you're not in a position of management your ideas, complaints, and overall feelings get pushed to the side. Its usually the supervisor's way or the highway.
They overwork staff and give them additional tasks outside their payrate/job description to save on the costs of hiring a few extra heads to take over those tasks which belong to other positions.
They are understaffed and when the studio doesn't meet deadlines, you are required and pretty much forced to work extra (Sometime ridiculous) hours to meet those deadlines.
There is no personal life when you are working 9-8pm every day.
