management was absolutely terrible and basically useless when it came to passing down information after the contract change from Securitas to Inter-con. Employees signed up for full-time positions, yet were given part time instead, and no way of getting a full time schedule. They constantly hired way too many people, leading to several employees not knowing how to do their jobs, considering they were cycled out so frequently. Employees never got a chance to teach each other due to bad management. It was impossible to apply for the provided benefits, Management did not pay attention to employee concerns unless a big scene was made. There was little to no training, leading to employees having to train each other, which was also difficult because of the constant cycling. Health concerns were never taken into consideration, even when directly brought up to management. There was also far too much favoritism amongst the management group making it hard for employees to climb up the ladder and also creating a hostile and paranoid work environment.
