Pros
Exist in the same minded people who like to stay in meeting who do nothing but listen. Boss suka long story about his so called success and move fwd to dream of being big shots in coming next 10yrs and another 10yrs etc etc. Can eat alone, enjoy silence in office, not afraid of noise pollution from the boss room for giving tips on staff how to be better in work n personal life and that inclusive advice on someone features, hair, dressing etc etc that eventually leaves a deep memory to that person. If you are person who enjoys such loud echo every single time boss come lah.
Cons
This place is not for the weak hearted, soft spoken and kind. It's also not for people who wish to progress If you are pro telemarketer and don't mind other task and like facing boss who comes in during lunch hour and call for inefficient meeting with him sharing his best polishing skills and long winded future plan to own buildings ... Come join them. Your lunch starts at 4pm and well don't go in group, if U like to eat all by yourself no communication, this is the place for you. Back from lunch, meeting with him making statements of some staff appearance and give unnecessary comments, and you nod your head, he surely like U. If you are such person, probably U fit in the group. You might be his pet to even share a packet of rice by hand. Fantastic right. But if you are non of the above... Just skip.
