Pros

Cons
- The max pay for the position is way below average for the area.
- The expectations of the role dips into tier 3 IT work. You will be expected to do low level System Admin and System Analysts tasks. This would be fine if you were adequately compensated, but you are not. Good for learning higher level roles though.
- Multiple and constant projects going on at any time that are always taking you away from your main task of taking care of the customers and their tickets. Nothing can be done about this other than better project management and communication but some of it is out of the local leaderships hands due to higher level government agency dictating what is done.
