Pros
While being a medium sized company, it still has a family atmosphere. Supervisors are understanding and willing to go the distance to develop employees rather than replace them. Over all, this organization is good to work for.
Cons
The only down side I see is that there is not much room for advancement. However, this is due to the nature of the industries which they are involved. I say this because they do promote within when opportunity arises.
