Pros
Some of the people are good to work with. They have snacks in the office.
Cons
i wasn't planning on writing a review, but after talking to some people who still work at interworks, i decided to share my experience having worked there years ago. the whole company is a circlejerk for the CEO. The CEO and his best friends are all that matter. they can say or do whatever they want to do, and nothing will ever come of it. You can have a whole company of people who want one thing, but if the CEO disagrees, tough luck. He is willing to let everybody leave just to get what he wants. this company is a lawyers dream come true, and a sinking ship. i will not be suprrised someday when i see all the lawsuits coming out of interworks. People in the Stillwater office are constantly drunk, drinking, and pushing alcohol on their coworkers. not even on fridays, every day of the week. it's an alcoholic paradise. the employee handbook has no policies to protect the people. they just expected everyone to get along, and play nice. and when the boys club didn't play nice, it was a slap on the wrist and 'ok it's handled'. they treat their hr people like garbage. they treat women like garbage. they treat anyone who isn't the stillwater backwards culture like garbage. I would not go back here. And I would not listen to the higher-star reviews. It seems like a great place the first year or two, and then you get to see the real side of interworks and the monsters come out. or should i say, the c-suite comes out.
