We are proud that we are not like other companies who have had mass layoffs to cut payroll expenses. We have never laid anyone off based on cost cutting, and we don’t ever plan on doing so in the future. When we need to cut expenses, we look for other ways to tighten the belt.
Over the years, we have been generous with compensation adjustments. We have never had an across-the-board freeze in raises and there is not one in place now. Whether or not an individual employee receives a raise depends on many factors, and we remain committed to offering competitive compensation.
