Pros
Perks/benefits aren't the worst Interac's "relationship with financial institutions" (we're not supposed to say the other thing!) means you will have a better than average job security if you can somehow overlook the numerous cons.
Cons
Depressing work environment with a severe lack of culture and poor, disconnected leadership and employees alike. Return to office mandate for 2025 (min 3 days a week) which will drive away the ambitious, top performing employees. Dysfunctional communication between different teams and departments due to insane amounts of bureaucracy, lack of ownership and certain individuals playing office politics while shifting the blame to those who have no power. Demoralizing "teammates" who keep speaking ill of each other, people's career choices, the city and Canada as a whole. Poor individual communication skills. Product team meetings are dry and tone-deaf in presentation. No one opens their camera in meetings and most people dose off, leading to active participants having to repeat themselves multiple times. Too much wasted time, energy and resources due to all the above. As another review said, "the environment is chaotic, soul-crushing, and utterly demoralizing."
