Open office environment with great colleagues. Canteen (paid) and free coffee/fruit. Flat organization.

Low salary and no pension. Too many decision takers. Lack or low trust in employees. Low innovation.

A lot of really clever people, flat management structure. Great working environment in completely new building. Everything is possible if we want to.

Pay could be better, and too many people can decide what to do. Lack of real innovation due to way to many bread-and-butter projects. Remember the core values.
