Old Leadership - STELLAR! Great Supportive Leaders! They expected you to do what they hired you for & make decisions benefiting the company, no micro managing....thusly everyone was VERY productive! Excellent Benefits (full package - health, dental, flex..etc)! Fun working environment! Cohesive teams that actually get along!
Cons
There is a defined pecking order...and everyone else doesn't want to make a decision to benefit the company or their department, like before, for fear of retribution. With chairmen & board changeover, there were benefits cut, layoffs, downsizing, and a lot of additional responsibilities added to every executive w/o additional compensation & sometimes outside of your area of expertise. At the end of every month or pay period, EVERYONE feared layoffs from the new board members.
