Pros
It was great that they gave me a shot in the industry, it is so hard to get in. Equipment was provided, teammates were helpful. Management was helpful when they were available.
Cons
Poor training, lots of waiting around for direction, poor communication between departments, resulting in poor teamwork and making it difficult to do your job.
