      Opportunites for growth; great teamwork; enjoyable workplace; Owners are actively involved in the growth of the company

      High workload- although really I considered this a benefit because I was always busy and never board.

      Interface has a few divisions, might keep you busy in one of them

      Cons

      Biggest CON is the lower wages their poor Leads make, Top level "journeyman" making $23 - $25 hourly. CON#2 mandatory on-call, overtime list. CON#3, they make you supply all own tools

      Thank you for your comments. Interface continuously compares our total compensation package with similar companies in the local market and find we are more than competitive. We also treat employees fairly and to do so everyone is on the on-call/ overtime list once every few months. Often these spots are picked up by employees who want the extra shifts.
