Regarding your comment about our maternity leave policy, Interface's goal is to provide benefits that are inclusive and non-gender specific. Our parental leave policies are determined by city, state, and federal guidelines. Additionally, we support families through our generous 100% employer-paid health care offerings for employees and 80% employer-paid offerings for spouse/dependents.
