Thank you for your feedback and your candor. At Interfolio, we have taken great strides to demonstrate our commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace as well as equitable treatment of all employees.
For example, we have created a Women in Technology group as a resource to our female staff providing opportunities both internally and externally for support, engagement and growth. We provide sexual harassment training, and additional training regarding appropriate behaviors in the workplace. Moreover, we convene career reviews of all staff and leadership twice annually to provide consistent coaching and feedback associated with managing one’s professional career - regularly providing feedback relating to one’s contributions to our organizational objectives and values, departmental objectives, and professional growth objectives.
Additionally, we have a female EEO officer and more than half of our leadership team are women. While no company can be perfect, and issues may arise – I absolutely believe that Interfolio has a strong scaffolding in place to ensure a fun, enjoyable, equitable and productive environment with great opportunities for growth and learning.
We do not tolerate nor condone harassment, bias or insensitivity of any kind. As you can see in our organizational values, we strive for equity, diversity, peer review & critique, challenging the status quo, radical transparency and service to the community. To the extent we fall down on any of these, we learn, iterate and strive to improve. I am sorry that we let you down.
