Pros
Began my tenure at Interfolio as an SDR, was in that role for a couple years, and gained so much invaluable knowledge and always felt supported by my managers and peers. Plenty of opportunity for upward movement, saw plenty of folks promoted from the sales development team during my time there. Great place to work and to kick off a career in sales!
Cons
Sales dev org was still a bit young during my tenure and could have used some process improvements, but this was always a focus for management and they were constantly making necessary upgrades.
