Pros

The team at both the UK and Pune locations is incredibly helpful and supportive. They are always open to new ideas, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Management genuinely values your time and contributions, making you feel appreciated. It's refreshing to work in a company that prioritises its employees first, with a real understanding of the importance of work-life balance. The culture is employee-focused, which creates a positive and motivating atmosphere.

Cons

I haven't encountered any major drawbacks during my year with the company. From my perspective, any negative feedback seems to come from individuals who either lack respect for the responsibilities of the role or haven't fully embraced the learning opportunities provided. The company ensures that employees have the tools, support, and guidance they need to succeed. For those who are willing to put in the effort and show initiative, it's a positive and rewarding environment. In my experience, it's a place where challenges are met with solutions (That too everyone try and help you out), not complaints.

Pros

4 day work week - although you are expected to monitor emails on your off day

Cons

It’s the CEO Jay’s way or the highway. Selling things that don’t exist and promising progression when it never comes (this happened with at least 4 people whilst I was there). I grew one of the largest accounts and got no recognition. This places changes people to become bitter, bossy and selfish. The client services team is the worst! People leave constantly and get fired or pushed out!
