I have been working here for a little over 3 years. As with time, everyone sees a little bit of the ups and downs... but, the leadership does not let that get us down. We are always reminded that we are valued, respected, and above all else a team. Every morning we have a quick huddle to keep the lines of communication open and kick off our day right with an inspirational word to get us motivated. Ice cream days in the office, virtual games to increase team building, crewhu badges to share out when someone does something awesome are just a few of the little things that make the work day enjoyable. Yes, we get busy. Yes, we get frustrated. This is work after all.... but at the end of the day feeling like you have a team that helped you accomplish a load of work is just not something you find anymore. I feel pride at the end of the week for the work I do alongside the Team I work with. Did I mention ..... we also get free healthcare :)

Only con at this point is that not all of our staff is local so it is harder to build strong work relationships as it was when we were all in the office together.

Used to have pizza on Fridays?

Lots, bad management, bad upper management, non-working management. Did I mention management is pretty bad?
