More cons than pros - Medical Assistant Intermountain Medical Center Employee Review

The pay sucks and the basis for raises sucks even more. They continually complain about budgets but they are buying private jets and $1,000 executive chairs. You will never get a decent raise here. You will also most likely do a ton more work than what you were hired for, PLUS a higher up employee will never get disciplined or even talked to even if they are the cause of 99% of issues in your clinic or workspace.
