Pros
Lots of room to advance,but upper management seems to be stuck in the 70s...need lots of improvement..would be of great benefit to re train management
Cons
Terrible safety issues...especially in maintenance...lack of caring...they have a "just get it done NO matter what" attitude....needs a total revamp to get with current times...OSHA would shut it down!!
