Great American company going down slowly - Product Manager Parts International Employee Review

Management does not listen to employees Too many new managers that do not understand the business TPM process was a joke for most of the managers (this is the employee annual review) Lost a lot of experienced employees in the last 24 months, there is no incentives for employees to stay Pension was frozen and finalized cancelled No respect for people even though it is one of the company's values Too many flavor of the month projects without consistency Executive management made up of ex GM employees with no loyalty to Navistar/International Harvester Work overload, everyone is doing three jobs Employee morale is extremely low
