      No promotion, no salary increase, too bad leader, unfair, they never respect your efforts. Your efforts are stolen by the supervisor. If you want to work for science or you are a real scientist, do not choose IVO.

      IRRI is a great place to work for those with interest in agricultural sciences, rural development, international agriculture.

      Like any other nonprofit organization, it is vulnerable to occasional budget cuts/decreased donor funding.
