None. Micro-managing, low pay, constant over work, & weekend deliverables.

Low pay (minimum wage for FT employees). CEO has bad credit due to bad loans, credit line at maximum capacity even though CEO drives multiple Benz and lives in a multi-million dollar mansion. Co-workers are inept, micro-managing, & unhelpful. They will throw you to various projects with no help - designed for you to fail.
