Prepare for forced closure Christmas-New Year day to use your paid time off. Company would sometimes make up some "incentive goal" in November and give you some bonus free days off but that's at the whim of owner. Production goals are static. No communication until things have already been done wrong. Management won't fire people that blatantly should be.
